Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery's headquarters is located in the heart of Wisconsin's Dairyland in Ellsworth, WI. Proclaimed 'Cheese Curd Capital of Wisconsin' in 1984 by then Governor, Anthony S. Earl, they've been proudly crafting Wisconsin cheese for over 100 years.

The Cooperative consists of three production facilities. The signature product of the 250-member cooperative is premium cheddar cheese curds, which are manufactured at the Ellsworth facility. Their Menomonie, WI production facility, which opened in 2022 specializes in crafting small-batch artisan cheeses, including their award-winning Red Rind Muenster, Wisconsin Brick, and Hot Pepper Jack varieties. Both locations have retail stores onsite where visitors can shop Wisconsin-made cheeses and regionally crafted foods, including the creamery's own labels.

In 2018, Wohlt Creamery, in New London, WI, joined the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery family. Wohlt Creamery represents a 60-year cheese-making tradition with the production of customized processed cheese products.
