A new apartment community is now open in River Falls, offering modern amenities and a focus on maintenance-free living.
The Upland, located at 1875 Paulson Road, welcomed its first residents March 1. Developed locally and managed by Mid Continent Management Corporation, the property features studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans designed to be a peaceful retreat.
Each apartment includes high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands, walk-in closets and in-home washers and dryers. Community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, co-working areas, two elevators and a dog spa.
