President/CEO of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce announces retirement

President and CEO of the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce, David Minor, is announcing his retirement.
It comes after 35 years in the Chamber industry, including the past 9 years as President and CEO.
“It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce and this community,” said Minor. “I am deeply grateful for the trust, support, and friendships that have made this work so meaningful over the years. While this decision is bittersweet, I have great confidence in the future of the Chamber and the region we serve.”
According to a press release from the Chamber, the Chamber’s Board of Directors has engaged Wipfli to assist with the search for the organization’s next President/CEO and promotion of the position will begin on Monday, May 15.
