As more veterinary practices in western Wisconsin turn to corporate ownership, Osceola Veterinary Service is among the few that remain independently owned. Current Owner, Anna Bovitz and Business Manager Weston Bovitz have kept the clinic's legacy as a family business where decisions are made locally and connections with clients are personal.
Osceola Veterinary Service has stayed privately owned since 1954, starting exclusively as a large animal practice before introducing small animal care in 1980. That private ownership model continues to this day. With Anna and Weston who purchased the clinic from the previous owner Time Johnson in 2022. but a trend in corporate ownership has seen a significant increase in recent years.
