Sisters and co-founders, Gabrielle and Ninna, opened Establish Salon in 2013 with a mission: to create a space where beauty, wellness and community come together — for both clients and stylists.
At Establish Salon, it’s about more than great hair. Gabrielle and Ninna believe in creating meaningful, sustainable results that everyone wins from.
What sets them apart? They’re not behind the chair. Instead, they lead from a different angle — mentoring, coaching and curating an experience that empowers their stylists and leaves clients feeling confident, seen and well cared for.
The salon specializes in haircuts, color and extensions for thinning hair. It also offers a carefully selected range of eco-minded hair care products, chosen with both performance and sustainability in mind.
