Local couple hits the jackpot at Jack Pot’s Bar-N-Grill

After years of hope and planning, Osceola couple Kevin and Stacy Irwin are turning a decades-old dream into reality with the upcoming opening of Jack Pot’s Bar -N-Grill in the former Cascade Bar building — the very place where their story began. The nostalgic Osceola bar has been a well-known part of the community for many years, and despite a new name, they hope to carry on its legacy while making it their own.
Kevin and Stacy are the former owners of Smitty’s Bar & Grill in Chisago City, Minn., and the Border Bar & Grill in Taylors Falls, Minn. Along with Jack Pot’s, they are also the current owners of Lumber Jack’s Saloon and Pizzeria in Milltown, Wis., and Doc’s Pub and Eatery in Balsam Lake, Wis. Having found success in their other businesses and being long-time residents of Osceola, owning the former Cascade Bar & Grill has been a long-time goal for them. Once the opportunity arose, they eagerly seized it and are now bringing their experience and Osceola pride to the new venture.
