Two sisters have accomplished their shared dream of opening a boutique! Unique trends for women’s and baby apparel, and a variety of candles, soaps, and accessories, are available at Elly & Lula Boutique (2217A Fairfax Street, Eau Claire), as of July 28.
Shelby Sterba-Lato and Brooke Sterba remember fond memories of mother-daughter outings where they’d shop at boutiques in the cities. Now they wish to bring that same joyful experience to Eau Claire.
