Developers make first pitch for old hospital site

Osceola got its first look at the new housing development proposed for the long-vacant hospital building.
The Osceola Planning Commission last week reviewed the initial site plans for the project and took comments from an audience of more than two dozen people, many of them residents of nearby River Street or Osceola United Methodist Church congregants.
