Landowners and developers can apply for a Gold Shovel Ready sites certificate and receive assistance in creating a package and marketing their property. You can visit their website to download the paperwork and once complete, your property will be marketed to site selectors, brokers, developers, and asset managers locally and throughout the country.
This program is run in conjunction with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation.
