Q&A: UBCC Director Blane Huppert looks to connect students with businesses

Within the University of Wisconsin–River Falls’ new SciTech Building, Blane Huppert works to connect students with the business community.
Huppert serves as director of the University Business Collaboration Center, where students can pursue projects, internships and guidance from area business leaders.
“I was really excited about the opportunity to work with UW–River Falls — a great institution, my alma mater and a great opportunity to do that,” Huppert said. “And working with the businesses and opening up what the university has to offer to the business community — I’m excited about that.”
