New owners at Lehman’s Supper Club

After 91 years in business an iconic Rice Lake supper club is entering a new era of ownership.
Lehman’s Supper Club has been sold to Jason and Paige Karnes. Last week the Rice Lake City Council approved the transfer of the restaurant’s liquor license from Butch and Trudy Lehman to the Karnes, and this week the parties are closing on the sale of the business.
In a statement posted by Lehman’s on social media, they said “After much reflection and with full and grateful hearts, we are sharing the bittersweet news that Lehman’s Supper Club has been sold. This decision was made with deep gratitude and with hope for the continued success and preservation of this special place that has meant so much to us — and to so many of you — for over nine decades.”
