River Falls Council approves Wildflower Meadows neighborhood, leading to growth in the community

The River Falls Common Council approved the Planned Unit Development (PUD) General Development Plan (GDP) and preliminary plat for Wildflower Meadows, a budding 92-unit residential neighborhood on the north side of Powell Avenue near North Winter Street, Northwest of Collins Park.
JPB Land, LLC. submitted an application for a PUD, a GDP and the preliminary plat for a new neighborhood. On Oct. 28, the council tabled those results, opting for the developer to work with staff to address questions about the size of the park and lot sizes in the proposed neighborhood.
