With Taqueria Los Pachos, local family blends Guadalajara with Hudson food scene

Growing up in Guadalajara, Mexico, Martha Reynoso learned to cook from her mother, Francisca Hernandez, whom nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren called “Mamá Pachita.” Asked recently how she has remembered the recipes through the years, Martha pointed to her head and laughed.
Martha’s daughter Jared Amezquita Rojas has been trying to get her mother to write a few of those recipes down. Jared and her husband, Axl Amezquita, will serve as general managers of a new restaurant in Hudson: Taqueria Los Pachos, located at 800 Carmichael Road and tentatively expected to open in a few weeks.
