Rice Lake's new Aquatic Center opened its doors to the public Saturday with a morning ribbon-cutting and open house followed by an open swim in the afternoon.
Rice Lake Area School District Administrator Randy Drost welcomed guests to the grand opening and ribbon-cutting at 9 a.m., saying it was ‘truly a momentous occasion.’
