City of Altoona Maintains Gold-Level Certification as a Family Friendly Workplace

Family Friendly Workplaces is pleased to share that the City of Altoona has completed another year as a Certified Family Friendly Workplace. The city’s dedication to fostering an environment where employees can successfully balance their work and personal lives earned them the recognition last year.
“We continue to recognize how important it is for our employees to stay connected with their families and prioritize their well-being,” said Mike Golat, City Administrator, City of Altoona. “Our commitment to creating a workplace culture that values family and community is critical to our service of city residents.”
