Lund Builders has partnered with Chippewa Valley Technical College in River Falls to address the labor shortage in the construction industry through a hands-on student-built home project.
As the general contractor for the program since its inception in 2020, Lund Builders works alongside CVTC instructors like Justin Borgwardt to guide students through the construction process.
The program runs for 10 months, culminating in an open house in May where the completed home will be showcased to the community.
