ECASD aims to boost students' post-secondary readiness

When it comes to students' careers after graduation, Michelle Radtke, director of Secondary Programming and Post-Secondary Readiness in the Eau Claire Area School District, said there are a high percentage of students who likely do not know where they want to go.
Just as it has become a focus in schools elsewhere, part of the objective of the district is to create access and opportunity that will ultimately lead to success with each student. The focus on that after-graduation success comes in the form of the school district's post-secondary readiness systems.
