Open for businesses: Mann Valley Corporate Park hosts ribbon cutting

The City of River Falls celebrated Mann Valley Corporate Park on Wednesday, Oct. 16, with a public ribbon-cutting ceremony. Mann Valley is a shovel-ready corporate park with over 200 acres for office and light industrial manufacturing use, 63 acres for conservancy, two miles of multi-use path and 10 acres for residential development.
The city’s other business parks include: Sterling Ponds Corporate, Whitetail Ridge Corporate and River Falls Industrial.
Mayor Dan Toland said to the crowd Wednesday afternoon that he remembered Mann Valley being on the city’s agenda before his work as a mayor in 2012. Now, businesses can move in.
