Polk County’s condition leading into fiscal year 2025 has been described by County Administrator Emil “Moe” Norby as “strong,” not only fiscally but across all departmental operations.
Citing accomplishments and the achievement of meeting steady goals, Norby told the entire county board at the September meeting that sticking to his belief in “discipline” will allow for a reasoned approach to management and governance for years to come.
