Three new deans at UW-River Falls partner up for their first semester

The three colleges at UWRF each welcome a new dean to face the school year’s inevitable challenges.
“No political baggage, no burned bridges, but a whole team of new fresh deans that are here to learn the culture and here to collaborate,” said Wesley Kisting, dean of the college of arts and sciences.
Michael Orth, dean of the college of agriculture, food and environmental science, agreed that coming in with a clean slate gives them the opportunity to gather and take a fresh look at things.
Over the summer, the deans spent time getting to know each other and becoming acquainted with the university. This unique opportunity allows for the three to collaborate on the future of UWRF’s campus.
