WAUSAU, WI — The Wisconsin Farmers Union is renovating a 45,000 square foot historic building that will include their state headquarters on the second floor. The three-story building located in downtown Chippewa Falls will feature retail on the first floor, rentable office space on the second floor and apartments on the third floor.
“We selected Greenfire because our values are similar and we like that they are tribally owned,” says Julie Keown-Bomar, Executive Director of Wisconsin Farmers Union. “We look forward to working with their team to revive the historic charm of this space, which we hope will be a new hub of activity for local makers and the food scene in downtown Chippewa Falls.”

“Historic renovations are not unique to us,” says Jeb Meier, President of Greenfire. “We have completed several historic projects and enjoy working through the challenges and bringing innovative solutions to our clients.”
