Paddy’s Pub and Boxty House open in River Falls

While it may still look like the Mainstreeter, the transition to Paddy’s Pub and Boxty House has begun at 212 S. Main St. in River Falls. With a hybrid menu temporarily featuring some of the Mainstreeter favorites and Boxty House specialties that will remain for the long term, owner Kirk Mueller and his wife, Jacki, are working to make it a unique destination for authentic Irish cuisine.
As a resident of River Falls, opening a location in town, in addition to the original Hudson location, 709 Rodeo Dr. No. 100 in Hudson, has been a dream of Mueller’s for a while. Moving from “maybe someday” to “today” only happened a few months ago when it came to Mueller’s attention that the Mainstreeter was being sold.
