City Clerk Kelli Rasmussen and Barron Chamber of Commerce member Ann Matheny display a banner developed as a result of a “rebranding” project coordinated by the city and Chamber. City Council members got a peek at the banner at their monthly meeting, but the formal “unveiling” took place at the start of Fall Fest.
