Housing study projects continued growth, increased need and more to know from New Richmond City Council

Council members got their first look at the much anticipated Housing Study commissioned by the city and completed by MSA Professional Services in December.
The purpose of the study was to “inventory the existing housing stock in the city and assess where gaps exist in the housing market. The purpose of the study is to help the city better understand its housing market and to craft targeted strategies to improve options within the community.”
