Lt. Governor discusses Eau Claire's economy during annual luncheon

Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes made remarks at the Florian Gardens.
The luncheon included members of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Royal Credit Union and Market & Johnson.
Barnes was the keynote speaker and he says in order for communities to thrive there needs to be collaboration among businesses.
