Inspire is coming to our the ten Momentum West counties! Learn about how you can leverage the careers in your organization to showcase to students and educators the opportunities that are available in your business. As hiring challenges continue to grow, it’s important to understand what you can do locally to help create a long-term, sustainable pipeline of students who are ready for your workforce.

Enjoy a breakfast buffet followed by a Q&A with Nikki Kiss, Executive Director for INSPIRE Sheboygan County and learn more about the successes in Sheboygan County and how that can be applied to the region with the new Inspire program.

Biography- Nikki Kiss, the Executive Director of INSPIRE Sheboygan County,  brings over nine years of experience in the world of education and employer/education connections, previously serving as a High School Liaison, steering the initial launch of Youth Apprenticeship through Lakeshore Technical College (LTC) and as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at LTC.  Nikki continues to serve on the Business and Education Partnership committee and serves as the Learning Committee Chair for the Coastal Young Professional Network in Sheboygan.
