Amery Hospital & Clinic Earns Family Friendly Workplace™ Certification

Amery Hospital & Clinic recently received Gold Level certification as a Family Friendly Workplace™ from the United Way St. Croix Valley’s Success by 6 initiative. This certification recognizes businesses that actively invest in programs and practices that support employees and their families.

The family friendly practices Amery Hospital & Clinic was recognized for included employer contributed Health Savings Account; employer provided Flexible Spending Account; a Flexible Schedule for employee family issues and more. 

“Becoming Family Friendly certified not only strengthens our mission to improve health and well-being in partnership with our patients and community, but it also reinforces our commitment to our employees. We currently partner with the Success by 6 program. The program heightens our Children’s Health initiative which encourages growth and development while providing family centered care,” said Amery Hospital & Clinic CEO Debra Rudquist. “Family centered care supports the whole family, so becoming family friendly certified is another way we can improve the well-being of our communities and employees.”
