Food Walk shows off what Hudson has to offer

A variety of restaurants, downtown shops and the St. Croix River are some of the things that make Hudson great—and a new business is working to feature all of them.

Hudson Food Walk provides guided tours through downtown Hudson, stopping at five restaurants, passing by shops and ending the day with chocolate at Knoke's Chocolates and Nuts.

Katie and Brian Elwood started the business in June. Katie said they were inspired after going on a similar tour in North Minneapolis.

"It was a fun way to try some new things and spend our afternoon together," Katie said. "So that's kind of where the seed was planted."

The Elwoods have lived in Hudson for over 15 years, and raised their children here, so Katie said they wanted to show off what a gem Hudson is.
