Things started to change the instant the new owner of the former Lammer’s Food Fest and L-Mart shopping center took possession on Oct. 5.
In just a week’s time, the facade of Dick’s Fresh Market is sporting an entirely new look. The stone front topped with stenciled brick will eventually extend the length of the shopping center on Ninth Street in Menomonie.
