We are excited to announce new Foxconn Information Sessions for Contractors!

Foxconn construction work has begun in Area 1 of Phase 1 on the Advanced Display Manufacturing facilities. Phase 1 consists of approximately 1,000 acres of site work and the construction of multiple buildings. Initial bid packages for construction of the Gen6 fabrication facility and associated buildings are anticipated starting in April - May 2019.  The bidding process for the power substation (PSS) is expected to proceed in the coming months as well.

Procurement (bidding) for subcontractors, vendors, suppliers and professional services firms will continue to follow a clear and detailed process. The locations and dates for the information sessions are:

• Wednesday, April 3: SC Johnson iMET Center, 2320 Renaissance Boulevard, Sturtevant.
• Wednesday, April 10: MATC Truax Campus, 1701 Wright Street, Madison.
• Wednesday, April 17: Chippewa Valley Technical College, 2320 Alpine Road, Eau Claire.
• Thursday, April 18: Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, 2740 W. Mason Street, Green Bay.

Foxconn Awards $34 Million in Contracts to Wisconsin-based Businesses

Foxconn Technology Group (Foxconn) and its construction manager, Gilbane | Exyte, announced five Wisconsin-based sub-contractors who are set to immediately commence construction at its Gen6 advanced manufacturing facility campus located in the Wisconn Valley Science and Technology Park in Racine County, Wisconsin. The contracts, which carry a combined total contract value of close to $34 million, will jumpstart the construction of vital utilities and roadways on the site.

Prime Subcontractors who have been awarded contracts and will commence work on site utilities, roadways, and associated storm drainage are listed below:
