It Takes a Village

Expanding community services, attracting new businesses, creating jobs, and generating opportunities takes the commitment of everyone. The West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is dedicated to these efforts and they are working hard to make life in West Wisconsin better for all our residents and businesses.

The planning commission is responsible for creating strategic plans for the social, economic and physical development of Clark, Barron, Dunn, Chippewa, Eau Claire, St. Croix, and Polk Counties. To help these plans come to fruition they work with local governments and assist area businesses by offering a regional business fund with five different funding programs.
