Susie’s undergoes a facelift
1 Feb 2017
Workers for Prairie Farm-based Kauffman Interiors & Exteriors, LLC, were hard at work, finishing up this project at one of Barron’s busiest locations, Susie’s Cafe, at 16 S. Third St.
The owners are Jeff Oleson and Susie Oleson. Jeff Oleson said that the project included new paint, trim and other improvements in the restaurant’s two dining rooms. Susie’s was closed for the week while Kauffman finished the work.
Open from early morning until just after lunchtime, Susie’s serves hundreds of people each day.
