The City of Eau Claire is starting to have a cool urban vibe and new mixed-use buildings are going up in the downtown core. This downtown by the river is undergoing a revitalization and projects are well underway to redevelop the land by the river to include a new arts center, hotel, pedestrian walkways and more.
