Emerging Social Media

Since the 1990s, the computer and the internet have been about connection. Whether it is about the easy connection given to a personal bank account, to a grandmother who lives across the world, or a stranger who enjoys the same movies, technology has brought humanity closer.

In the early 2000s, the internet discovered social media, the ultimate method of connection and communication. It brought people together, but it also brought businesses closer to their customers.
