Wisconsin housing market bounced back to pre-recession levels in 2015

Wisconsin's housing market posted its best year in a decade in 2015, as sales and prices rose amid low unemployment and attractive mortgage rates.
A report Monday by the Wisconsin Realtors Association showed closings on existing homes in the state climbed 11.4% last year while the median price of homes sold in the state grew 5.1%.
