A Wisconsin Wide Partnership

The goals of Momentum West are to work with the communities of Western Wisconsin to create long lasting economic development. This means that they work together to create strong communities with positive workforce environments that encourage and support innovation and healthy business competitiveness.

           They are able to do this because of the partnerships they have created. While Momentum West works closely with a handful of counties, their partner, the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), works to do the same thing on a statewide scale. Over the last year, the WEDC has spent over 700,000 dollars on assisting Momentum West (and the other 8 Regional Economic Development Organizations). Together, they will create not only an economically developed and stable Western Wisconsin, but a successful Wisconsin.
