Chippewa Falls City Council OK’s developer's agreement

The former Moose Lodge at 2 Bay St. in downtown Chippewa Falls could be the home of new retail businesses and a restaurant under a plan that moved forward Tuesday at the City Council meeting.
Developer Keith Street LLC is asking the city to assist in applying for financial aid through the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. Keith Street plans to renovate the building at a cost of at least $550,000. It is asking the city to look at upgrading parking, and other associated costs are estimated at $150,000.
