Cheesemaker considers expansion into Menomonie

Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, known for its cheese curds and artisan cheeses, is looking to expand into Menomonie.
The Pierce County-based creamery is slated to meet with the Menomonie City Council about the possibility of opening its third manufacturing location in the city.
