In a joint venture, The Village of Osceola, the Osceola Chamber and Main Street organization are calling for residents and businesses to help support a new look for downtown Osceola called “Luminate Downtown.” Our winters can be long and dark and the project will transform downtown into a magical wonderland with twinkly lights in the trees that line the streets. The lights will bring holiday cheer and draw shoppers and patrons to the downtown district in the evenings throughout the entire year.
