Carbone’s at Willow River Saloon named July Business of the Month

The Central St. Croix Chamber of Commerce named Carbone’s at Willow River Saloon the July Business of the Month and attended a Business After 5 event at the restaurant on July 25.

Based in downtown Burkhardt, the Willow River Saloon was established in 1869. Over the years additions have been made, but in 2001 the current owner, Chris Kath, decided it was time for a major renovation. Thus, Carbone’s Pizzeria was born and the restaurant was added on.

Today, the facility offers all Carbone’s Pizzeria favorites, plus a full menu with items such as broasted chicken, burgers, a variety of sandwiches and more. In addition, the establishment hosts parties, has live music every weekend, and holds a variety of events throughout the week.
