If he’s lucky, he won’t have to work a day in his life. At least, that’s how the saying goes and that’s what the Pierce County Herald’s new sports reporter is hoping.
When he was growing up in Poynette, Jalen Knuteson’s aunts told him that as teachers, they never went to work -- they were always going to school. He made up his mind then that he’d pursue a career he enjoyed as much as they loved theirs.
