Artisan Forge wins Paragon Award

A recently expanded Eau Claire studio with rental units and gallery space for artists has been named winner of this year’s Paragon Economic Impact Award.
Artisan Forge Studios, 1106 Mondovi Road, has been selected as winner of the award presented by the Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corp. and sponsored by RCU.
Greg Johnson, owner of Artisan Forge Studios, will be presented with the award on Tuesday afternoon at his business.
Candidates for the awards were nominated by peers in the business community, and they were evaluated for several criteria. Nominees were judged on job creation, expansion, contribution to the tax base, education and workforce training, support of community economic development activities and innovation.
