Foxconn purchasing two properties in downtown Eau Claire

Foxconn is expanding in Wisconsin, with its eye on Eau Claire.
On Monday morning, Governor Walker announced Foxconn is purchasing two properties in downtown Eau Claire.
Foxconn has reached an agreement to purchase The Grand, a 43,000 square foot building at 204 E. Grand Avenue. It has been used by various businesses, most recently Wells Fargo and various tenants until 2016.
